Elizabeth Bennett
Elizabeth graduated with honors from Syracuse University with a BFA in musical theater. After doing theater in New York where she had a recurring role on "One Life to Live" and played the role of Mary in Barry Levinson's "Liberty Heights", she moved with her writer husband, Jeremy Shipp, to Los Angeles. Elizabeth loves having the Echo as a wonderful creative outlet as well as a chance to spend time with some of her favorite people in the city. Josh Brener
Since moving to LA in 2007, Josh has been studying improv and sketch comedy at Upright Citizens Brigade and The Groundlings. Prior to that, he studied real acting at the American Repertory Theatre and silly acting with the Hasty Pudding Theatricals at Harvard University. Favorite roles with the former include Skippy in The Marriage of Bette & Boo, Jamie in The Last Five Years, and Newton in The Physicists. Favorite roles with the latter include Paula Izecaps and Old Speller, a female Ekimo and a pink poodle respectively. Josh dabbles in writing as well and is lucky to have his more talented brother as his writing partner.
David Burke
An east coast transplant, David, his wife and three children have called LA home for the last 14 years. Theatre: Actors Theatre of Lousiville, Capital Rep, Virgina Stage, et al. Linda Cardellini
Chris Carmack
Best known for his role of Luke on "The O.C." Chris Carmack has gone on to play theatrical roles such as Sloan in Joe Orton's Entertaining Mr. Sloan with Alec Baldwin and Jan Maxwell at the Roundabout Theater in New York (dir. Scott Ellis). He made his West End debut in 2006 playing John Buchanan in Tennessee Williams' Summer and Smoke (dir. Adrian Noble). He has appeared on Los Angeles stages in several plays included Kevon Elliot's The Day I Stood Still and Lament for the Moths, a staged collection of Tenessee Williams' poetry. He is from Maryland and plays in a band.
Sarah Carter
Originally from Canada, Sarah has been living and working in Los Angeles for the past eight years. Starting out as a regular on Jud Apatow's short-lived comedy series "Undeclared", Sarah has continued to build her career in film (Haven, Berkley, Killing Zelda Sparks, Final Destination II ) and television ("Entourage", "Smallville", "Boston Legal", "Numb3rs"), but is most recognized for her regular role on CBS's television series "Shark", and her recent work on ABC's "Dirty Sexy Money". After studying and falling in love with the theater at Ryerson University in Toronto, Sarah was anxious to find a theater company to be a part of in LA. It was through the ActOut program that she found herself at home with the Echo. Working with the boys at Camp Kilpatrick was such an honor for Sarah. She is proud to support a company committed to inspiring young people through their own creativity.

Loreni Delgado
Loreni is originally from Panama, grew up in Miami, had a ten year layover in New York City and finally made her way to Los Angeles. After getting her Psychology and Writing degrees from NYU, she took to the stage performing at The Nuyorican Poets Café, Repertorio Espanol, Theater 22 and many others. Her latest TV credits include "Lost", "The King of Queens", "House", "The Riches" and "Standoff". Loreni is also a Voice Over artist. Some of her latest campaigns include Denny's, Purina, IKEA, Verizon Wireless, H&R Block and a narration for the ABC special "The Beauty of Ugly Betty".
Although Loreni never did anything with her expensive Psychology degree, her Writing degree has been useful in her storytelling. She has written several one act plays and short films, one of which is currently in post-production.
Alana Dietze
Hailing from the San Francisco Bay Area, Alana now calls Los Angeles home having originally trekked southward to pursue a BA in Theater from Occidental College. Undergraduate and regional theater credits include a four-hour-long adaptation of Henry James' novel The Awkward Age, The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Rogers, All the Way, You, Sexual Perversity in Chicago, One Flea Spare, Bing, Every Man in His Humour, Sincerity Forever, Curse of the Starving Class and, with the Echo, 2006 Echo One Acts Ð Hartshorne. She has also studied with the British American Drama Academy and is a proud alumna of the comedy improv troupe Fantastiprov! Alana is ecstatic to be a member of the Echo.
Kim Director
Kim moved from New York to Los Angeles almost 4 years ago, and is so excited to be a member of the Echo. Kim has appeared in 5 films for director Spike Lee: Inside Man (as Stevie the bank robber), She Hate Me, Bamboozled, Summer of Sam, and He Got Game. Some other films include Blair Witch 2: Book of Shadows, A Crime (with Harvey Keitel), Live Free Or Die, Tony ÔN TinaÕs Wedding. Kim had a recurring role as the Cavewoman in the short lived series "Cavemen" and has guest starred on the shows "Cold Case", "Life", "CSI: Miami", "Shark", "Law & Order", "Law & Order: Criminal Intent", "Sex and the City". Theater includes Guinea Pig Solo with LAByrinth Theater Company at The Public Theater (NY) and the musicals Company at The Kennedy Center and Avenue X at Pittsburgh City Theater. Kim graduated with a BFA in Drama/Musical Theater from Carnegie Mellon University.

Beaverquest! a serialized musical premiering new episodes weekly at the Sacred Fools Theater Co. He currently serves as Literary Associate at the Geffen Theater, and has begun his fourth year as Co-Artistic Director of The Sacred Fools Theater Co.

David Giuntoli is a mid-westerner, through and through. This St. Louis native is the product of a Dead Poets' Society-esque all boys high school, and majored in International Business and Finance at Indiana University in Bloomington. While frequenting his local watering hole, Dave was selected to join the cast of MTV's "Road Rules: South Pacific" where he ventured to the far reaches of Fiji, Tahiti and New Zealand. Dave settled down to Los Angeles where he most recently booked a recurring role on "Veronica Mars" for the CW and a guest star "Ghost Whisperer" for CBS.

Andrea Grano's recent credits include the independent films

Sarah grew up in Virginia and received her B.S. in Finance and Management at U.Va. After working as an investment banker in San Francisco for 2 years, Sarah moved to LA to pursue her acting career. She has been in numerous commercials and her television credits include "Crossing Jordan", "Las Vegas", "Grounded for Life", and the WB pilot "Aces". She is a recent graduate of the Hothouse Improvisation Theater, where she performed weekly long-form improvisational plays. She is thrilled to now be a part of The Echo.

Tara appeared in the Echo's world premiere of Pigs and Bugs. She has, also, performed and directed in the ECHO's last two One-act festivals,
and proudly teaches for ACT OUT, the ECHO's theater outreach program for incarcerated youth. Tara would, also, like to stop writing in the third person now, because she thinks it's creepy.

Jessica Langer
Jessica Langer grew up in Los Angeles and has been acting on the stage and for the camera since she was five years old. She received her B.A from the University of Oregon in Theater and Sociology. After college, Jessica acted in L.A. and busied herself as a professional set decorator, which is how she found The Echo back in 2002. She moved to New York in 2005 where she received her M.F.A in Acting from Brooklyn College and then in 2007 co-founded a company called Attorney Performance Consultants where she teaches master acting workshops to trial attorneys for the courtroom. Jessica is honored to be a member of such an awesome company of artists.
Kristina Lear
Born and raised in Vermont, Kristina is a graduate of The Buxton School and The Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theatre. She began work as an actress primarily developing new plays, originating roles in work by Paula Vogel, Joan Ackerman, David Mamet and others. She continues to work in theater, film, and television. Kristina helped develop and taught ActOut for two cycles with fellow Echo member Steve O'Connor. In 2006, Kristina was awarded a grant and fellowship with the American Film Institute's Directing Workshop for Women. Her first film,
Cough Drop, which she wrote and directed, was chosen to premiere at the 2007 Tribeca Film Festival.

Misi L. Lecube actress, voice-over artist, writer and producer is a New York City transplant.

amongst other things. Besides appearing in numerous television shows
including "Law & Order", "Without A Trace", "ER", "Seinfeld", Alison won a
regional Emmy Award and has had recurring roles in "Shark", "Mad About
You" and "Maggie". Her movies include Sleepover, Blades of Glory,
Drillbit Taylor, Lost Skeleton Returns Again and Dark & Stormy Night. Alison has two amazing children with actor/writer Dan Hagen.
Jeremy Maxwell
Jeremy Maxwell grew up in Southern Oregon and Southern Denmark. He received a BA in Theater Arts from UCLA's School of Theater, Film, and Television and the University of Exeter, England. Jeremy has worked with the Echo Theater Company since 1998 during which time he performed in: the Ovation Award winning World Premiere of

Keith McDonald was born and raised in San Antonio, TX and after high school attended The Juilliard School (BFA) for acting and now lives and loves in LA. Sigute Miller
Sigute Miller has diverse international theatrical experience and has won the best actress award twice at the Chicago International Theater Festival. Locally she has performed at the Old Globe, Group Rep, LA Theater Works and Wallenboyd. Some of her favorite acting teachers have been Scott Kelman, Jeff Corey, Stella Adler, Larry Moss, and Ed K. Martin. Sigute is also a vocalist and has performed at international music festivals and LA cabaret/clubs. Having taken time off to rear her rambunctious eleven year old, Lana, and garner numerous medals in the US Masters Swimming Championships, Sigute recently returned to the theatre in the Echo's production of Kate Robin's ANON. She is proud to be a member of this fine company.
Sarah Jane Morris
Longtime friend of the Echo, Sarah Jane Morris joins the group this year and can't wait to do her first production. In the meantime, Sarah is busy playing Julia Walker on ABC's "Brothers & Sisters" created by playwright Jon Robin Baitz. This current gig follows recurring arcs on NBC's "Windfall", "Felicity" and "Boston Public" as well as many guest stints on shows such as "Cold Case", "Ed", "Dark Angel" and Judd Apatow's "Undeclared". Born and raised in Memphis, TN, Sarah graduated from SMU and headed to Los Angeles shortly after to start her acting career.
Riel Paley
Although born in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, Riel grew up on the island of St. Croix in the United States Virgin Islands from the age of three until he graduated high school. Ever since the fourth grade, when he played Anansi in the West Indian play "Anansi the Spider Man", he knew he would one day have to live in the beautiful city of Los Angeles. After attending Bard College in upstate New York he fulfilled his dream of living in Los Angeles and has been here ever since. He has worked on many different independent films, two of which he acted in with fellow company members Lucas Fleischer and Aaron Moody entitled "The Fourth" and "Waterfall". He first had the privilege to work with The Echo in their production of "Uncle Vanya" and is currently working on a one man show entitled "Ghost Dancer".
Anna Perilo
Anna Perilo is originally from Omaha, Nebraska. She moved to Los Angeles about six years ago. Some of her recent credits include They're Playing Our Song, with the Valley Musical Theatre, Pigs and Bugs, with the Echo, and her one woman Cabaret, which she performed in as well as produced. She is thrilled to be a part of the Echo, with so many people that she looks up to and respects.

Carrie Preston is an actor, director and producer. With Daisy 3 Pictures, she directed the feature film 29th and Gay by James Vasquez (released by TLA) and the short film Feet of Clay by David Caudle. She also executive produced and starred in James Vasquez's Ready? OK! soon to be released by Wolfe Video. She is currently a series regular on HBO's ÒTrue BloodÓ. Other acting credits include Towelhead; Vicky Christina Barcelona; Doubt (the film); Duplicity; Transamerica; Lovely by Surprise; Straight-Jacket; My Best Friend's Wedding; Mercury Rising; "Desperate Housewives"; "Numbers"; "Sex and the City"; "Law and Order: Criminal Intent"; "Wonder Falls"; "Hope and Faith"; "Good Morning, Miami"; "Spin City". Michael James Reed appeared in the Ovation nominated Echo production of Body Politic (by Jessica Goldberg), as well as Astrov in Chris Fields' direction of Uncle Vanya (Lillian Theatre). Mr. Reed has been seen on Broadway in La Bete, and off Broadway as Edgar in King Lear starring Hal Holbrook at the Roundabout Theatre. He has also been seen in New York at the New York Theatre Workshop (A Forest in Arden), Classic Stage Company (Amphitryon), numerous productions with the Pearl Theatre Co, and in Leon Uris' own adaption of Trinity. Regionally, he's been seen as Joe Pitt in Angels in America, Parts i and ii (The Alley Theatre), Brick in Cat on a Hot Tin Roof (ACT, San Francisco, directed by Israel Hicks), Marc Antony in Julius Caesar (Old Globe, directed by Daniel Sullivan), the title role in Pericles (Old Globe, directed by Darko Tresnjak), Twelfth Night (Old Globe, directed by Jack O'Brien), and Nostalgia and Terra Nova (South Coast Rep). Other regional appearances include work at Berkshire Theatre Festival, Rep Theatre St Louis, Asolo Theatre Co, Syracuse Stage, Papermill Playhouse, Shakespeare Santa Cruz, and Great Lakes Theatre Festival. Marc Rose
Marc Rose was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. In 6th grade he was given a scholarship to the Eliot Feld School of Ballet, but that stay didnÕt last long. He graduated from NYUÕs TSOA and has studied at The Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute, HB Studios and with Ms. Sandy Marshall. His NY & L.A. theater credits include Edmond, Light Up The Sky, Hurlyburly, Burn This and The Shape of Things. His TV credits include the pilot "Martian Law", "Buffy The Vampire Slayer", "Angel" and "Friends". His film credits include Bullet, Spin Cycle and Marcus. His recent voiceover work has included campaigns for Bud Light and Cutter as well as voicing numerous video games for Universal and EA. He has just completed writing his first pilot and is in development to open his first restaurant. Since coming to Los Angeles he has sorely missed the theater, and is happy to have found a home with The Echo.
Amanda Saunders
Amanda recently performed the role of Caliban in Another Side of the Island, a world-premiere adaptation of The Tempest, starring Olympia Dukakis, at both The Alpine Theater Project and the Orlando Shakespeare Theater. Other theater roles include: Nora in A Doll's House, Tartaglia in The King Stag, Olivia in Twelfth Night, Scilla in Serious Money and Mary in A Christmas Carol. Television: "All My Children," CBS MOW "Revenge of the Middle-Aged Woman," "The Martin Short Show." Film: Boxboarders, Lovely Coffee and various short films. Amanda is a graduate of Princeton University and received her MFA in Acting from the American Conservatory Theater.
Christopher Shaw
Recently appeared in the Echo productions of Thursday by Adam Bock, directed by Abigail Deser, and as Freddy in
Something's Hidden Inside the Couch by Padraic Duffy directed by Chris Fields. He also appeared in a stage version of Raymond Chandler's
The Blue Dahlia as Mafioso club owner, Leo, and the Brecht/Weill musical
Happy End (Best Ensemble and Revival awards) as Dr. Nakamura (the Japanese gangster) at the Pacific Resident Theatre in Venice. Mr. Shaw continues a collaboration with director/designer Nancy Keystone and Critical Mass Performance Group in the development of
Apollo - parts 1&2, which included playing Nazi war criminal and rocket scientist Arthur Rudolph in
Apollo - pt. 1, Lebensraum at the new Kirk Douglas Theatre (CTG) in Culver City. Other credits include
War Music at the Geffen Playhouse, and the original Echo Theater Co production of

Samantha Shelton
Samantha Shelton is a real live native of Los Angeles, CA and is thrilled to
be a member of the Echo! She was bitten by the acting bug while spending
endless summers as a child performing in Gilbert and Sullivan musicals at
The Hillside Repertory Theatre at Occidental College. After studying voice
and theatre at the LA County High School for the Arts, she continued her
training at the North Carolina School of the Arts. She recently brought to
life the role of Wanda in the Broadway workshop of Jon Waters CryBaby in
NYC. Other recent theatre credits include The Shape of Things (Santa
Monica Playhouse), Cabaret (Luckman Fine Arts Complex), Into the Woods
(R.J. Reynolds Theatre), and Children of a Lesser God (Catawba County
Playhouse). She is a series regular on Lifetime's "Monarch Cove," and has
had recurring roles on shows such as "Gilmore Girls," "Conviction," and
"Judging Amy" among others. Her recent films include ShopGirl, White
Oleander", Rise, and the indies Ellie Parker, Leaving Alan, and the
upcoming Guy Seeks Chair. Samantha is also a founding member and co lead
singer of the hit cabaret If All the Stars Were Pretty Babies alongside
Zooey Deschanel, and has a swell solo act of her own! Check out her music at

Jeremy Lee Shranko
Jeremy Lee Shranko was birthed in Los Angeles. He made his stage debut with the Echo in Padraic Duffy's Something Is Hidden Inside the Couch, where his hands did very funny things. He is also proud to have worked with Critical Mass Performance Group on a number of workshops for Apollo, as well as their production of Suzan-Lori Parks' 365 Days/ 365 Plays. When he is not acting, he is working behind the camera on a documentary called Metropolis In the Making, about the growth of Los Angeles and the impact on it's history, as is examined through the demolition of the Ambassador Hotel. He is also a writer. He recently finished co-writing and starring in his first short film, Hollywood Bourbon. If Jeremy wasn't pursuing a career in film and theater, he would be a homeless man chasing squirrels in a park.
Mandy Siegfried
Mandy is thrilled to be a memeber of the Echo. With the Echo she has perfomed in some One Acts and Kate Robin's Anon. Some of her New York theater credits include Noises Off on Broadway, Adam Rapp's Blackbird (Edge Theatre), Paula Vogel's Mineola Twins (Roundabout Theatre Ð Outer Critics Circle Nomination), Keith Reddin's Frame 312 (Atlantic Theatre Co.), Jessica Goldberg's Refuge(Playwrights Horizons), The Penetration Play(13P), Stupid Kids (WPA/Century Theatre). She's also performed at Williamstown, NY Stage & Film, Yale Rep, Cape Cod Theatre Project, and The O'Neill. Film: Winter Passing, School of Rock, Liberty Maine, and The Out of Towners. Danny Strong
Jennifer Sydney
Jennifer hails from Lincoln, Illinois. Intent on pursuing an acting career, she attended Illinois State University. Upon graduating, she received the 2002-2003 Steppenwolf Theatre CompanyÕs Acting Internship; where she was fortunate enough to be in Tina Landau's production of Time of Your Life as well as participate in the Steppenwolf Summer School Program. She's worked with Terry Kinney, John Malkovich, and Jeff Perry in various film and theatre projects. She's super excited to be a new member of the Echo and looks forward to working along side of this talented company.
Jeanne Syquia
Jeanne is a Southern California native and a proud member of the Echo, having performed in Anon and the Echo One Acts 2009. Favorite roles include Kristi in Mickey Birnbaum's Big Death & Little Death with the Road Theatre Company, Helen in The Cripple of Inishmaan,, Nina in The Seagull and Jessica in This is Our Youth. Jeanne has studied with Bread and Puppet and the LA Poverty Department, and is a graduate of Hunter College.
Michael Thomas
Michael, a bay area boy...Man, has worked up and down the coast in such plays as Slow Dance on a Killing Ground, Butterflies are Free, Steel Kiss, Race, Midsummers Night Dream, Souls on Fire and most recently The Hasty Heart at P.R.T. Michael has also appeared on such TV shows as "Karen Sisco", "Will and Grace", "The Shield" and "The Young and Restless" and such movies as Spider-Man I & II, Stuck On You, Duck and the independent film Nick and Eddy in Trouble as Eddy Jones.
Blayne Weaver
In 2002 Weaver co-wrote and acted in the critically acclaimed feature film Manic, which stars Don Cheadle and premiered at the Sundance Film Festival. He then formed Secret Identity Productions and produced the short film Losing Lois Lane, which he co-wrote, directed and starred in as Superman. He then wrote, directed and starred in Secret Identity's first feature film Outside Sales, which won awards on the film festival circuit and was recently released nationwide through Echo Bridge Entertainment. Weaver wrote, directed and played a small role in SIPÕs next feature Weather Girl with an ensemble cast that boasted Tricia OÕKelley, Mark Harmon, Jon Cryer and Jane Lynch. Next he writes, directs and stars in the feature film 6 Month Rule.
Nathan Wetherington
Ozborne Williams
Ozborne grew up in Puyallup, Washington. A graduate of the Acting Conservatory at SUNY Purchase. His resume consists of numerous commercials and many Off and way way Off Broadway productions. Further highlights include playing Sam Crane in the H.A.D.L.E.Y Players of New York's production of Killing Sam, a play loosely based on the mysterious death of soul singer Sam Cooke (his favorite musician), in which he got to sing three original Sam Cooke songs. Last January he landed his first supporting role in the indie film 666: The Beginning of the End, by Joaquin Rodriguez.
Jacqueline Wright
Jacqueline is a graduate of California Institute of the Arts. Acting credits include: Something Hidden inside the Couch, Land Lady in Killers, Tommy in Eat Me (LA Weekly nomination), Richard in Richard III, Clytemnestra in Clyt at Home (LA Weekly Award) and Emilia in And Still The Dogs (LA Weekly nomination). She is currently covering the role of Catherine in Water at Babylon at the Geffen Theatre. Films credits include Burn After Reading, Enough, 10,000 Days, Wednesday Again, North Country, Between Heaven and Hell, Walkout, Paul McCarthy's Caribbean Pirates and Catherine Sullivan's Five Economies (Big Hunt / little hunt). As a playwright, Jacqueline's plays have been produced by The Echo Theater Company, EST, Theatre of Note, Cal Arts, Occidental College, HBO, and Circus Theatrics. Her production of Eat Me, directed by Chris Fields, received six LA Weekly nominations including playwriting. Her play, Love Water, will premiere as an EST production in Los Angeles in May 2009. Wright is a member of the Dog Ear writer's collective (www.dogearplays.org.).
