Morgan Lindholm

Morgan Lindholm is a Los Angeles-based actor and singer, originally from Scottsdale, Arizona. She is best known for her role as Sarah Nichols in Leverage: Redemption (Amazon Freevee), opposite Noah Wyle, and for her appearance in The Fosters (Freeform) alongside Noah Centineo.

Morgan made a breakout impression in Universal & Blumhouse’s Truth or Dare, starring Lucy Hale and Tyler Posey, where she was featured prominently in the film’s marketing and theatrical campaign. Additional credits include a recurring role in AMC’s NOS4A2 opposite Zachary Quinto, as well as appearances on Bones, Chicago Med, and in a range of indie features and festival projects. 

She has trained extensively with Gregory Berger-Sobeck (Yale School of Drama, The Berg Studio) and at TAS Studio under Deborah Aquila, focusing on the Stella Adler technique. Morgan’s approach is informed by a blend of methods including Adler, Meisner, on-camera scene work, and advanced improvisation through The Groundlings and Upright Citizens Brigade. Her work is grounded, emotionally specific, and crafted for both stage and screen.
