Where will my seat be?
All tickets are general admission, and seating begins fifteen minutes prior to the performance. We recommend that you arrive with plenty of time to choose the seat of your choice.
Subscribers to the Echo Theater Company receive reserved and priority seating.
Do you have a Late Seating Policy?
There is unfortunately no late seating for our plays at the Atwater Village Theater. Tickets not picked up by show time may be released to a standby line the night of the show.
Where is parking at the Atwater Village Theater?
There is ample free parking in the Atwater Crossing lot and along Casitas Avenue. AVT is on a street that does not connect to Glendale Boulevard (see map). It’s accessible via Fletcher Drive, and from Glendale Boulevard via La Clede Ave. and Tyburn St.
Be sure to leave yourself plenty of time to park and make it to the theater.
I can’t make it to the show. Can I have a refund or exchange?
All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds. Occasionally we’ll be able to help you exchange your ticket to another night. To make this inquiry, please email theboxoffice@echotheatercompany.com.
Are there any ticket discounts?
Student – Students with a valid ID are eligible for $20 tickets by using code STUDENT online. Only a certain number of tickets are available for each performance. Student ID must be presented at pick up.
The show is sold out! Can I join a waitlist?
If the show is marked “SOLD OUT” on our ticketing website, you may come to the theater beginning thirty minutes to show time and purchase up to two of eight “Standby Tickets.” The Standby Ticket is $34 and must be paid with cash or credit among arrival.
At show time all empty seats will be given to the folks with a Standby ticket, and those who are not seated will be given an immediate full refund.
Are food and drink allowed inside the theater?
Yes! Food and Beverage purchased from our concessions are allowed inside the theater. Outside bottles of water are also allowed inside the theater.
